The Change Team is a strategy team that creates and implements tools for Racial Equity and Inclusion Change at ERUUF. The strategies are created as a result of feedback from the congregation and from members of the Change Team. The Team discerns ways for ERUUF to keep moving forward with actions that further its commitment to the cause of dismantling racism and proposes the following overarching goal or objective:

A discussion, support and study group that meets on the 3rd Sunday each month. We hope you'll join us if you identify as African American, Asian, Arab, Latina/o, Native American, Pacific Islander, and/or multiracial.

This group is dedicated to creating a compassionate and supportive environment for white people at ERUUF to continue the work of dismantling racism. We will focus on examining our own conditioning and behavior, wrestling with our own internalized supremacy, and building supportive relationships. We strive to become whole, to deepen our spiritual sense of self, and to support each other on the road to healing. Meets on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 1:15-2:45pm in room 4/5 of the CARE Building. All are welcome. WAG is sibling to the People of Color (POC) group.

When: Regular meeting day and time: The 2nd Monday* of each month, 7 - 9 pm
Purpose: The process of becoming a community that truly lives out our expressed commitment to racial equity and inclusion (REI) has the potential to be transformative for each of us individually and as a spiritual community. The Becoming the Change Group holds promise as a catalyst for this transformation by providing opportunities for participants to:
